I help turn ambiguity into clear priorities and practical choices. My approach is grounded in data, business economics, pattern recognition, and a long-term perspective, with a bias toward validating assumptions before committing to a path.

Operator

I've worked in remote field operations, inside large-scale McKinsey transformation programs, and more recently through restructuring a digital media portfolio. I understand operating realities, performance routines, and the discipline required to make change stick.

Builder

I turn ideas into practical systems people actually use. That has included dashboards, tools, and workflows used daily by teams, as well as prototypes, home projects, and the occasional LEGO build. AI has made it possible to build and test ideas faster than ever, but I still believe the best solutions are the ones people actually use and continue using over time.
